Connect your tools. Put AI where it helps.
I help service and operations teams connect the systems they already use, cut the manual handoffs between them, and add AI to the steps where it improves decisions, with a person reviewing the result.
Scale rewards structure.
A growth spurt stretches every operation. Work that once ran on memory and quick conversations needs rules and systems that hold at the next size.
- If your team spends hours on repetitive work that software can do,
- I automate those steps so the hours go back to your people for work that needs their judgment.Measured in staff hours freed.
- If volume is growing faster than your team,
- I redesign the workflow for the volume you’re growing into, so you can handle more without hiring at the same pace.Measured in hiring avoided as volume grows.
- If leaders check several systems to see one picture,
- I connect the systems you already pay for, so the numbers line up in one place without adding another tool.Measured in software spend avoided.
- If key steps live in one person’s head,
- I build those steps and rules into the system, so the knowledge stays with the business when people change roles.Measured in new capability the team keeps.
Value you can audit
Every measure gets a baseline before the build and a named owner after it. Each one rolls up to the line it moves: revenue growth on the top line, or lower cost on the bottom line. Leaders can trace the result in their own numbers.
FrontlineLeadershipTechnology
Leaders know the priorities, the frontline knows how the work gets done, and the systems hold the data. Nothing gets lost between them.
Embedded AI, in plain language.
Embedded AI is AI built into the tools and workflows your team already uses, so nobody has to open a separate app. It can sort incoming requests, summarize a long history, draft a first reply for someone to edit, or flag a record that needs a second look.
- Reliability
- It’s tested against real examples before anyone depends on it.
- Permissions
- It sees and changes only what the task needs, starting with read-only access.
- Accountability
- A named person reviews the result and owns the decision, and every action is logged.
- Fit
- Sometimes a clear rule or a simple integration does the job better. AI goes where it earns its place.
See, Align, Build.
Good systems start from a clear picture of the work and what people need from it. Design and build come from the same person, so nothing gets lost handing a plan to someone else to implement. I gather, map, and build. Your team brings the expertise and the red pen.
-
See
Understand the work and what leaders and teams need from it.
I talk with leaders about their priorities, sit with the people doing the work, map where information lives, and trace which system holds the source of truth for each decision.
-
Align
Agree on priorities, operating rules, and responsibilities.
I write the rules down as Decision Contracts, review them with the people who own each decision, and settle open definitions before any code depends on them.
-
Build
Design and integrate systems around those agreed needs, with embedded AI where it adds value.
I connect systems read-only first, test each rule against live evidence, and widen access one supervised step at a time, with a clear owner for each part.
Built with Python, FastAPI, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and AWS.
Decision Contracts
Decision Contracts make the rules behind a decision explicit. They connect data, information, knowledge, and context to clear actions, authority, and boundaries.
Decisions stay grounded in evidence, with human judgment built into the design. Where AI supports a decision, these contracts define its role and when a person must review the result.
- Evidence
- Current phone presence, whether a call is in progress, and the status set in the work system
- Rule
- Available only when every condition is met and each reading is recent
- Boundary
- If evidence is missing or stale, show “Not confirmed” with the reason. Never guess.
- Authority
- The service manager owns the definition and approves any change
- Action
- The dashboard displays the result. A person decides what happens next.
Agreed before the code is written, so the system and the team work from the same rules.
Case example
Several systems, one view of the day.
An IT help desk company’s managers had to check their ticketing, phone, and messaging systems separately to understand how the day was going.
I clarified the operating rules with leadership and built a manager dashboard that brings the ticketing and phone systems together, with messaging as the next connection. It gives leaders visibility at a glance and evidence to support operational decisions and KPI development.
What I built
- Written operating rules, agreed with leadership before any code
- Connections to the ticketing and phone systems
- One view of each team member’s status, matched across systems
- Team summaries that open to the people behind each number
- A source and time on every reading, so leaders know what to trust
- Automated tests and review before every release
Now in testing with managers ahead of a limited rollout.
About Tondreka
I’m passionate about helping teams make their operations clearer and their systems work together.
I work with leaders and the people doing the work to understand what they’re trying to accomplish, clarify the operating needs, and translate those needs into systems design and integration.
My insurance background shaped how I think about operational clarity: accurate information, clear responsibilities, and sound judgment matter because decisions have consequences. I bring that perspective to designing and integrating systems across industries.
