Work With Me

Three clear ways to work together.

Each engagement meets you where you are, whether you are still defining the opportunity, designing the solution, or ready to build. It is built for service businesses of roughly 20 to 200 people whose work crosses multiple teams, systems, or communication channels. Frontline teams, managers, and executives stay involved in shaping the system and remain accountable for the decisions it supports.

01

Operational Clarity

For organizations that know something is not working but are not yet sure what the solution should be.

You leave with

A clear picture of what is happening, what should change, and what to do next.

Who It’s For

Operations leaders dealing with disconnected workflows, limited visibility, inconsistent processes, or an idea for automation that has not yet found its place.

What’s Inside

Workflow observation, stakeholder discovery, current-state mapping, process analysis, decision analysis, risk and exception identification, opportunity identification, and recommendations.

Engagement

Typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the operation. Focused conversations, observation sessions, and a clear readout at the end. Scope is set together in a first conversation.

02

Solution Design

For organizations that know what needs to change and want to turn it into something buildable.

You leave with

A practical system design and a clear path to implementation.

Who It’s For

Teams that can describe what needs to change and want it turned into workflows, system designs, and plans they can build against.

What’s Inside

Future-state workflows, decision-support system design, automation opportunities, AI use-case design, integration planning, data requirements, dashboard design, prototype planning, and an implementation roadmap.

Engagement

Typically 3 to 6 weeks. Working sessions with your team, design reviews along the way, and a buildable plan with an implementation roadmap at the end.

03

Build + Pilot

For organizations ready to turn the design into a working solution.

You leave with

A working solution that can be tested with real users before a larger investment.

Who It’s For

Organizations with a validated design in hand, ready to see it working with real users before committing to a larger rollout.

What’s Inside

Prototyping, workflow automation, integrations, dashboards, AI implementation, cloud deployment, testing, pilot support, and refinement.

Engagement

Typically 6 to 12 weeks, scoped around what we are building. Iterative builds, regular check-ins, and a pilot with real users before any larger rollout.

Your solution moves beyond the prototype.

The work extends from discovery and system design through implementation and pilot rollout, built with integration, testing, deployment, security, monitoring, and long-term maintainability in mind.

Security-minded delivery

Security and privacy are considered throughout the engagement: appropriate data boundaries, protected credentials, role-based access and MFA, encryption where appropriate, audit trails, and work within your approved technology environment.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Fit
What if I don’t know what’s wrong yet, just that something feels off?

That is exactly where most engagements start. The first tier, Operational Clarity, exists for that. You do not need a diagnosis going in. I do the observing and mapping, and we figure out together what is going on.

What if my industry isn’t in your case studies?

What I care about is how work flows, and getting it to flow as efficiently as possible. That pattern shows up across MSPs, insurance, call centers, internal service teams, and plenty of industries without a case study yet. The industry matters less than whether the pattern sounds familiar to you.

Do I need to already have a tool or platform in mind?

No, you do not need one going in. I do not start with a predetermined tool either. Part of the work is figuring out whether you need new technology at all, or just a better connection between what you already have.

Why this approach
How is this different from hiring a consultant or a full-time hire?

Most consultants study your operation and hand you a recommendation to implement yourself. A full-time hire means committing to a role before you know if the fix is right. I am a builder: I code and tie the system together myself, into the tools your team already uses, so a recommendation becomes something you can run. You will see the real shape of your problem before you ever see a build plan, and you are never locked in past the point where it is clearly working for you. What gets built along the way is yours to keep and build on.

We already have an IT/dev team. Where do you fit in?

I help make sure leadership’s view, the frontline reality, and engineering’s plan all point in the same direction. Those three do not always get equal weight, and the people closest to the daily work are often the easiest to overlook. I bring that frontline reality into view, translate it into something your engineering team can build, and help leadership see how the workflow really runs. From there, your team can build it, I can build it, or we can build it together.

What if my team isn’t aligned, or the situation feels political or unclear?

That is common, and it is part of the work. I am comfortable operating through ambiguity, keeping things moving and visible even when the people involved are not yet on the same page. Alignment often comes together around the work itself, once everyone can see the same reality.

What if my team is skeptical of AI?

AI is one option among many, not a starting assumption. Most of the systems I build do not need it to succeed. Where it makes sense, I include it. Where it does not, I leave it out. The decision follows the work, not the other way around. When AI is part of what gets built, it earned its place there, which makes for a stronger story to tell your board than a flashy one.

Trust and security
Is my data safe? What do you see?

Security and privacy are treated seriously throughout: appropriate data boundaries, protected credentials, role-based access, encryption where appropriate, and audit trails, all within your approved technology environment. You control what I have access to.

Who owns the system once it’s built?

You own what is built for you.

Have you worked in regulated industries, or under an NDA?

Insurance is a regulated industry, and that background is already part of the work. I have built my career inside constraints like these, and I find real clarity working within them, not despite them. NDAs are standard whenever a client needs one.

Working together
What if the pilot doesn’t work out?

A pilot is designed to prove the idea before a bigger investment. That way, you find out early and cheaply whether it is the right direction, before committing further.

How long does an engagement take, and how quickly will I see something?

I move quickly by default, and can match your team’s pace if speed is not the priority. Most Operational Clarity engagements produce something concrete within a few weeks. Full engagements typically run 2 to 4 weeks for Operational Clarity, 3 to 6 weeks for Solution Design, and 6 to 12 weeks for Build and Pilot, depending on scope.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is scoped to the engagement after an initial conversation, since the right starting point depends on what you need.

How do you keep leadership updated during the engagement?

Regular, direct visibility into progress and any blockers, not just a final readout. Anything that needs an executive or owner’s input gets flagged the moment it comes up, not discovered later. That visibility is often the difference between a quick unblock and a two-week delay waiting on an answer nobody knew was needed.

Not sure which one you need?

You do not need to arrive with the answer. Bring the situation as it is, and we will find the right starting point together.
